First of all, let me present myself to you. I’m a Belgian student in IT and management engineering and I am actually doing my end of studies’ work on the subject “affiliate programs on the Internet”.

I would be pleased if I could obtain your opinion about the following points (if you prefer, you may only answer to some of the questions).

1) If you were an affiliate program’s manager and if you could create you own affiliate platform, which tools and functionalities would you like to have ?

2) If you were affiliate to an affiliate program, which tools and functionalities would you like to have ?

3) From a technical point of view, do you prefer a program that redirect to the merchant’s site or that is totally integrated within your website ? And which of the following techniques do you prefer to use : web services, XML, Javascript,… ?

4) This study will be followed by the realization of an affiliate program in the hotels sector. For you, what is the best remuneration model ? Cost Per Sale, Cost Per Click, Cost Per Action,… And how much should you be paid to be interested in joining such a program ?

Finally, I am searching some people who would be able to test the program and tools that will be created (first tests in March/April). If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me.
