Our new sites - get a ranked link immediately

We are working on a new set of websites and have developed a linking system that allows you to gain a link from a Google ranked site immediately.

In return we ask for a standard link exchange in some areas and a link to another of our sites in others.

Basically this allows us to get our new sites in Google whilst giving you a link with PR so it's a win-win situation (did I really just say that - arghhh!).

To add your site(s) just go to http://www.cheap-online-shopping.co.uk , navigate to a page that matches the content of your site and click on the exchange link link at the bottom of the page.

I'd be interested on any feedback on this approach too, positive or negative.
