Are page titles public domain?
And is using it 7 times on one page acceptable use?

Just notice baxterprints.com myself.
They seem to have suddenly cropped up in search engine reportrs i run about my page rankings pushing mine out alot. Obivously quite peeved off about it. Is it game, I don't know. They seem to be running google adsense as well as click2go.net whoever that is.
ALso noticed one called feedsfarm.com which seems to be ripping google ?

Please can you edit your post to remove personal details from the whois record - it has been established in other posts in the forum in the past that it is inappropriate to put whois information on a public forum - we all know how to get the information if we want it.
I'm sure you would not want the whois information for your domains broadcast so publically - I know for sure that I wouldn't
