The t's and c's are on the program page for the merchant. This is certainly the case for Tradedoubler, DGM, CJ, OMG and Buy.at. If there are no details there about keyword bidding it is safe to assume there are no restrictions.

I used to just click on all those t's & c's, and not really pay too much notice to the PPC stuff, as it wasn't something I did much of.
Now I'm trying to do a bit of bidding, I can't find any reference to the conditions.
For example, what are the keyword bidding policies for Flybe, TUI and KLM?
I'm not planning on redirecting, I want to send users to the site first, and then click on to the aff link if they want to.
There presumably must be a way of looking up all the T's & C's we've agreed to - my solicitor will be mad at me if there isn't!

What i dont get is why so many affiliates seem to be bidding on restriced terms!?! Are they getting away with it? As it seems some ads have been there for a long time.
Unless there's keyword trademark restrictions i don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to bid on those terms and point people to your own website... even if you have got aff banners on there! It's different if the url in your add was a direct aff link but to your own website is fine in my books.
If they have registered their trademark with google you wont' be able to create the ads anyway as it will detect the infringement and stop you half way through![]()
