It might help with responses if you give an idea where the person would be located, salary details, whether training is given etc.

The position will be based in North Finchley, London (N12 9RW for all you multi map junkies out there!)

Training will be given, partly by me and partly by our US affiliate manager who has been in the business for 5+ years (She knows her stuff) - the person will be responsible for the UK & European affiliate programs, including overseeing product feeds, creative, and managing 1 assistant and TradeDoubler.

The salary will be competitive (and will reflect experience) but I don’t want to publish it here as the person who gets the job will be an active member of A4U and probably doesn’t want his / her salary known to all!

There is currently no profit related pay at Figleaves – mainly because Figleaves has only just started making a profit, (but at least we are now a .COM that does and their aren’t that many! lol) however we are now getting to a size where this sort of benefit will have to be added, and there is various conversations going on on how, when etc, but nothing is confirmed.
