Silvertap new reporting system?

Any Wanadoo affiliates with Silvertap having problems with the
new system?
All my stats from the past 2 months have been erased and sales
for that period are showing as zero.
I tried emailing them on Friday, but have had no reply yet.
Anyone know if it is just a case of they have set the stats to start
again, and still have a record of previous sales.

They are just experiencing a few bugs, don't worry about it. Helen is away too so things may take slightly longer to get sorted.

I just tried phoning Helen ang got a message saying she is on
holiday until next week, alright for some lol.
Nice to here it is nothing to worry about, if it is just a bug let's
hope it adds sales rather than takes them away
