New Media Search Delivery Manager
Description A Search Delivery Manager is required to work for an exciting New Media organisation based in Central London.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To understand the performance of advertising campaigns and demonstrate entrepreneurial skills in adjusting campaign parameters to improve the performance of these campaigns.
• Provide support to sales team in the analysis of new campaigns and the negotiation of these orders.
• Assist the sales team in feeding campaign performance back to clients and suggesting strategies for future campaigns.

Required Skills and Abilities:
• Has strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrates sound mathematical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of PC applications and Internet.
• Shows initiative in approach to campaign development and problem solving.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and external clients.
• Maintains own work flow and meets deadlines, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Prioritises tasks from different areas from the business.

Education and/or Experience:
• Must a good Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or 1st) from a good university in a numerate subject - preferably an engineering / science / mathematics or related degree
• 2-3 years’ professional experience within the media/new media industry is absolutely essential
