If the copier is part of this community they must be named. Also the networks must close their affiliate accounts.

Well they are an Overture affiliate so we have asked them to respond. Is there anyone from Overture in this community?

I just noticed that in the source code on 2 of the sites they have not even been bothered to remove the Meta tag that says copyright Add Momentum Ltd (our company).

it would be good if we knew a service where you can find copypasters and not just text that matches with your site.....

http://www.copyscape.com does an evaluative Google search which may come in useful.

I think my big problem on one of my sites is again due to overture using my site.

One url has in particularly been sending me lots of traffic to a site which if overture didn't use my site would get the traffic directly.

Its partly google's fault for listing sites like these imo.

If you file a properly worded DMCA complaint with Google, they will.. usually.. remove the offending pages from their index completely.
