Which Ringtone Programme Should a Newcomer Use?

Hi

I have just bought a couple of ringtone related domains and have my designer/partner chomping at the bit to get started on some sites!!

I want a site that is very informative and with a lot of good content, rather than just banners etc, can anyone recommend a good programme that provides content such as top 10's etc , good templates and good support.

Obviously, a programme that is also a timely payer would be a benefit too!!

I appreciate you looking at my post and look forward to any advice you have...
