e2save white label, should it have menu's at top?

I applied for an e2save whitelabel and was accepted today, i checked the link on my email and when i click it doesnt show a menu just those 5 offer boxes of the phones, ive been in to admin and had a look and cant see no reason why its not there, should I have a menu on my whitelabel site cheers.

Ah think ive found my answer, i have a bronze affiliate programme which doesnt include the menu at the top, am i right??

So if i upgrade to a silver account can i still include the site in an iframe on my site including the e2save standard menu at the top.
