Hi all,

I'm looking for a good overseas mortgage program.

Got UK and Irish traffic looking to buy property in Ireland, UK, Spain, France, Italy, etc.

I'm sorted where the mortgage is on an Irish or UK property but looking for recommendations for where to send the traffic looking for a mortgage against an overseas property.

Any suggestions?

Who are you using for your UK mortgage leads?

Central Capital and Dial4aLoan, both on TD (if the latter can get around to approving me!)

Have had 2 recommendations for Conti (thanks KBudden - I have contact details) so that looks like the best bet for overseas so far.
