Getting off a mailing list

Thanks to a survey I did at chooseaprize I have ended up on the valued Opinions Mailist

However, i do not have the time or inclinations to complete this survey

I have tried unsubscribing via the link provided 3 times and even e-mailed the company direct but today I got another 3 e-mails

I really hate this practice and the fact they are associated with Tescos, HMV and other top stores makes this doubly disappointing

You may want to register with the e-mail preference service, if you follow the link below you can register your e-mail address with them and then this should stop the e-mails (after I think about 4 weeks).

If then after this period you still recieve the e-mails then the company are in breach of the DMA's rules / guidelines.
