Please may we have clarifcation of the following which has also been put to DGM. Hopefully you can answer first.

Q1. If a user clicks on an affiliate link which takes them to Oxendale.

Whilst on the Oxendale site whether during the session or during the cookie period (say returning to the site 7 days later). They either click on a NON affiliate on the Oxendale site which takes them to the Home Essentials site & makes a purchase from Home Essentials (not Oxendales) ..will that generate affiliate revenue?

i.e. cross track / pollenate ... whatever expression you want to use.

Q2. This may need rephrasing & clarifying.

"Do not place your company name, trade marks, service marks, or product names next to (or combine them with) a JD Williams brand/product name."

    Hi Qui Gon Jinn,

    Thanks for your post.

In answer to your first question if a customer clicks though an Oxendales link, does not purchase anything, returns 7 days later and goes directly to Ambrose Wilson and purchases a product, this WILL be tracked.

Your second point is in reference to brand protection. Examples could include:

    JD Williams Shop Online
    JD Shopping
    JD-W Shopping
    ShopOnlineJDWilliams
    A4UJD Williams

    Hope that helps.

If there is anything else, please let me know.

    Thanks
