CJ have changed their terms and conditions which automatically comes into force on the 20th October.
Apart from the well publicised (local to Europe) VAT changes recently announced there are other hidden gems in this agreement that include:
- The ability for merchants to reverse sales witin an apparent 'unlimited' timeframe.
- CJ adding terms that indemnify them for any lost tracking or down time.
- All sites must have an up to date Privacy Policy.
- CJ can use your names and trademarks in marketing material.
