Hi Gavin,
We've been using the fonetasticmobile white label site affiliate scheme for a few months now and the results have been very good.
However I have just noticed a problem.
It was first brought to my attention a couple of weeks ago by a customer who mailed to say they couldn't get their item to "add to cart".
I checked it and it appeared to be working.
However for most of today it has not been working.
Right now across all white label fonetasticmobile sites if you add to cart any product you get taken to a page that states: "your cart is empty"

Any idea why this is occuring?
We're getting pretty good traffic to the white label site and it would be a shame to lose sales over this.

Hi there,

Could you send me an email detailing the problem please? One other affiliate has mentioned this yesterday. Could you let me know if you have made any changes to the site through templates etc that might have affected it?

Hi,
Just go to www.fonetasticmobile.co.uk at random times during the day. More often than not when you add an item to cart you get taken to a page that says your cart is empty, with a link to continue shopping.
Then if you go to any other fonetastic template site you will see that it too will only take you to your cart is empty.
For our own fonetastic template site, the only mod we have done is changing tha banner. However this issue affects all fonetasticmobile template sites, regardless of whether the banner at the top has been changed or not.
We found this by entering fonetasticmobile in google and going through the first 20 unique fonetastic affiliate template sites.

We use the template silver affiliate scheme as we coundn't get the xml feed gold scheme to work.

This error in the shopping cart occurs for most of the day.
