New Service / Product - with affiliate potential

Hi Guys,

I hope that you are doing very well, I like that everybody is helping each other to make our businesses grow.

Guys I am at the first stage to promote a Service for some company, so I am going to start advertising in some local newspapers, I would like to focus my attention in Central London Newspapers, (Paid, Free, Daily, Weekly), placing a 1/16 Ad in the classiffied area...

I have been doing some research into this pages:

Do you have any other advice, where can I find COVERAGE information or ABCD readers segments.

The second stage is the usual... Internet marketing campaigns, affiliates... but now I am more interested in promote this service in that way...

The Service is into the category of Painter and Decorators, and this company developed a formula that make some tasks 10 times faster than anybody IN THE WORLD !!!... (I can't name the product or service here).

A big goal for domestic users and a big opportunity for contractors.

Guys, I am at the first stage of this campaign so I would like to do the things right, the budget is low but the opportunity is there...

Any advice?

PS: I know that this is marketing 101 for some of you, so any advice is welcome...

PSS: The main idea is promote a NEW SERVICE in London to domestic and commercial users. (new home owners or people / contractors doing some refurbishment).
