Just starting a webservices based project and got thinking.
With Yahoo/google webservices you can search and display images from the web. Many of these images are probably copyright someone - so where do I stand displaying these images (out of direct context) and on my site. Is is OK to display these images on a search for 'Mars' are search results classed differently from, say, a static page that uses webservices to call upon images of planet mars?

Anyone had any issues or read anything in the small print from these web service providers that I have missed/could be of help?
