Site Comparison - Which is better for SEO

Hello,

I have been asked to redesign my friends site so that he has more luck with the search engines.

Original Site:
http://www.risetotheoccasion.co.uk

New Version (In Development):
http://www.vcmerchandising.co.uk/kamagra/

What would you recommend with the new version to make it SEO friendly. I have developed it using CSS layouts, and will have more content than the original site. I just think the first site lokos better though! What is your opinion?

Cant really see anything wrong from an SEO perspective but I would definitely definitely get rid of that hotmail.com email address for contact and set up a proper @risetotheoccasion.co.uk email address.

There is no way I would buy any product from any site where the contact email address was a hotmail (or any other free email provider) address.

Undoubtedly the second site would be "easier" from a SEO perspective.
But in that market off site seo will be far more important, if I got offered the job on no win no fee type thingie...no way, may as well stay with the original and go ppc. I like the email anyhow, "hotmail" but not that hot to get a stiffy
