I have an idea!

How about a universal support ticket system located somewhere within this forum?

We would then have one place to request support and simply select the network and/or merchant that the ticket relates to. The networks could integrate with this so it immediately passes the ticket through onto their system and send the responses back to here as well.

You could mark the ticket as "private" (default) or "public" for all to see.

Over time this could also become an FAQ as well with tickets marked for inclusion within a searchable FAQ area.

too much like a nightmare for the forum to sort out really

how could you stop me from moaning i mean sending a ticket to a network im not even joined to ? the forum would have to have some sort of access to the user accounts across the network.

theres all ready a support ticket system in place ..... its called the forum
all you do is goto the network you want to moan im mean enquire about and just type away ... for me it usally gets the job done ....hmm although Gavin's being a hard nut to crack (sort the feed out while im moaning i mean talking about it)

nice idea though... but really too much work for something thats all ready here...
