Have a look under 'tools' then 'message rules' and you can automate what outlook does with incoming messages.
Another way is to select a recieved email, then select 'message', then 'create rule from message'.
HELP!!!
i have sent a large list of emails (not spam) for the usual season greetings.
by mistake now i have 2086 (and growing..) emails back which were not delivered for whatever reason, is there an easy way to extract them from outlook in order to correct my emailing list?
