Help to find nice affiliate program software

I am really irritated. I have bad luck with affiliate softwares.

Tried 1shoppingcart - nice, but did not track affiliate sales properly
Tried QuickPayPro - very good, but also some flaws with sending email (sometimes no all the users get mailing out)

Then I looked for some other affiliate program software. It turned out the people who sell them don't know lots tech details about them (they buy it from programmers and the support cannot handle many problems, sometimes the support makes very stupid tech mistakes that even I am aware of). But the sellers even don't care about it, they are smart and make money on 'support' when 1 hour costs $50-$65: I think this is the support of the programmer who made it. Isn't it smart to make extra money saying 'Can't work with our software, buy the support'

My scream for help is...

Give me some good affiliate program software!

that tracks all affiliate sales (better 2 tiers, but not obligatory)
that has no problems with sending emails and all users get them
that intergrates nicely with 2CheckOut
that customizes 'thank you' page into site design
better if you used it and stay satisfied

Please help. I am tired of paying money to people who don't know a penny in this business and have the soft installed by other programmers. And I am tired of getting the money back with refunds. I need a tool that works.

Try a company called Zarr, they are based in Rugby they did the affiliate program for my new site home and garden gifts.
They have a number of programmers and the boss is very good.
