I set up as a merchant with AF last year and I'm pleased to say that the service we have received has been outstanding! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Hi All,
I am a Merchant with AW and looking to introduce Affiliate programmes for other websites we operate. Have been chatting to Affiliate Future.
Any thoughts on what we can likely expect. Main reason for choosing AF is realistically the setup cost and lower monthly management costs.

As well as being an affiliate I have been a merchant with AF for 18 months or so and the service has always been first class.
No hesitation in recommending them.
Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.
If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.
I've not used the AF product data feed system since the last update, but the AW system certainly used to be far superior. If you sell lots of products choose a network that have a feed system that is easy for affiliates to use.

I wouldnt know what its like from a merchants point of view but from an affiliates i would say affiliatewindow are far better for me personally. Having said that, if cost is a consideration then you might of already made your mind up?

Nothing to see here...
AWin, POR and AF as a merchant.
Main issue with AF was the inability to pre-approve affiliates. If you offer payment for a free registration that is quite important (we had problems with overseas affiliates sending fake traffic)...less so otherwise I suspect.
I am a merchant with both AW and AF, I the only draw back I could really see with AF is that you only get 5 days to approve a sale, which is poor when you have to cater for the returns and fraud in the commission rates. Hence on face value makes you rate look poor in comparison to your competitors on other networks.
Again I am a merchant with both AF & AW (started with just AF) and I have to agree with both fifimac and bapages.
I like AF because I get a lot more sales through them than I do with AW
I like AW because their product feed system is superior to AF
now if only there was a network which combined the best features of the two that would be a winner![]()

Three words... Paid on Results!if only there was a network which combined the best features of the two that would be a winner
I spoke to them and they said they were in a middle of some sort of change over so didn't want to take a new merchant on until things had settled.

We generate significant business through AW and I have tried to send more business through AF but find their support very bad.
I have a very big bias towards product feeds and these are the real key to my business but when I tried to use the AF system I had a lot of problems.
I have repeatedly asked AF if their feed system can now be trusted and they always promise to contact me about it but never do.
I have therefore pretty much ignored AF for the time being.
AW for me just because ease of use - up and running in minutes
I currently manage programmes on both AF and Awin and I have found that AF are easy to use and are very approachable when you have a problem, this is also the case at Paid On Results as well.
Cheers
