Hi everyone
I was wondering what attracts affiliates to a program. As many of you know I have recently taken over the running of the Jason Shankey program on AW and I am actively trying to attract the best affiliates on to the program. Thankfully this is working as I am getting some cracking new affiliates on to the program who are starting to sell.
As I see it a good affiliate program should have:
· A good affiliate manager in place
· A good product range competitively priced.
· Good up-to-date creative including good product feed
· Good commission structure
· Good network
· Good incentives i.e. competitions etc
I would be interested to hear your views at what you think makes a good affiliate program, the floor is open as they say……….

Hi Mogga
What would you call silly rules?
Has anyone come across a program and thought "this is different" I'll give it a go? If so, what made the difference?
