Although not all Affiliates have ignored the program terms and conditions, a select few have. The terms of the Warner program are quite clear in regards to PPC activity and the use of the Warner Breaks URL’s
“Bidding on Warner based terms is permitted however you must set your bid level at the minimum available i.e. £0.10 on Overture and Miva and £0.05 on Google Ads.
Overbidding the Official Warner website is strictly forbidden. This includes all variations of Warner and the Venue names i.e. Warner Breaks, Warner Thorsby Hall etc
The Warner site can be clearly identified by the URL www.warnerholidaysonline.co.uk or the URL www.warnerbreaks.co.uk. Use of the domains www.warnerholidaysonline.co.uk and www.warnerbreaks.co.uk and the .com variations is strictly forbidden on any media including PPC especially Google Adwords.”
This weekend we have seen not only overbidding but misuse of Waner Breaks trademarked company URL’s across the PPC networks.
We have been very considerate with the changeover of Warner Breaks and have been very professional in our overall approach offering help and solutions where possible to Affiliates; however this seems to be not enough for the select few. Please take this as a final warning that if you do disregard the above your sales will not be validated from today onwards.

Maybe the merchants should just banned the affiliates concerned ot at least spend some time themselves rather than wasting my time.
We do say we want a better deal from merchants but until some affiliates get there house in order there is always going to be a battle about we need respect, well it goes the other way too.
