Advice wanted - new affiliate program for postal services

Hi There,

i'm wanting to start a new affiliate program for postal services. I wondered if anyone had any advice or experience that I could use to help me on my way. The target market is both business and consumer.

Are any of the existing affiliate networks well matched to this, or would you recommend starting from scratch. THe product is faily low margin so I'm thinking payment terms for affiliates will be critical, any advice in this area as well?

This is a startup business, and I'm wanting to get some idea of feasability, and if affiliates are a viable way of driving business. I'd use PPC but I'm not sure I've got the budget to do this (yet!).

I know some of the networks are expensive, but I've got some cash to start with.

Its more of a general Idea I'm looking for at the moment.
