Apart from OMG's Family Investments, are there any other companies that does Child Trust Funds? If so, what are the commission structure?

The commissions for Family Investments:
0-19 leads £2.50
20-44 leads £3.00
45+ leads £4.50
A lead is where a user applies for an information pack.
Affiliates can also earn £8.00 per account opened (sale).
