Just wondering which parking service people would recommend for a European audience.

Obviously, I appreciate it depends on the sector and providers offer different click amounts in different sectors.

Are there any that have the following in particular:

- high payments per click

- geotargeted ads with significant inventory of advertisers for Germany and France as well as UK

- enter/exit pop-up/under

- ability to customise page with specific picture etc.

- ability to customise meta-tags

- page appears in search engine results (seen this with Sedo)

- 'domain for sale' link

If search engines filter out all PPC landing pages, is there any value in setting up a one page site with an article related to each domain name and surrounding them with Adsense ads? Anybody tried that?
