of loan leads either through their own website or who can promote us in
any manner that they use.

What would you mean by the commissions being based on volumes?
To what extent can they be expected to increase to?
I hope it isn't just a farce.

Hi There,

We can increase commissions upto 55 pounds per verified secured lead, provided we are receiving 100 - 150 leads in a day.

As of Unsecured Home owners are concerned, if we are receiving around 200 leads a day, commissions will get increased to 10 pounds per verified lead.

For tenants if we are receiving 250 - 300 leads a day, commissions will get upto 5 pounds per verified lead.

We pay out the following commission structure

£3 for Unsecured Tenant Lead

£6 for Unsecured Homeowner lead

£40 for Secured Homeowner lead

These are the basic commissions, depending on volumes you can provide,
they will keep increasing.

it would be interesting to know more about what you mean by "verified lead".

Also, I thought I'd let you know this incentive is a bit weak in comparison to what bigger names offer.

For instance, First Plus offer £75 per lead on Secured Loans as a basic incentive... then they go up to £100.

A lead is considered VERIFIED if the customer is reachable within 5 days and all the information provided by the customer is correct. If the lead does not get verified within 5 days, it automatically gets erased from our database.

Regarding the commissions of other brokers that you have quoted, i would like to tell you that most of the commissions are based on conversion and another point to be noted is that we easily get a verification rate of 50-70% on our leads, thereby the incentive actually becomes strong once the leads start getting verified.

Our commissions are based on per verified lead;

Unsecured – Tenant- Loan Leads

1 – 100 @ £3 per lead

101 – 250 @ £4 per lead

251- & above @ £5 per lead

Unsecured Home Owner

1 – 50 leads @ £10 per lead

51-100 leads @ £11 per lead

101 and above @ £12 per lead

Secured Loan Leads

1 – 50 leads @ £60 per lead

51 and above @ £75-£80 per lead
