Would some of you more seasoned users be kind enough to settle this debate.

phpAdsNew is running on the same domain as an existing site... we'll call this SITE A.

Another Domain is purchased and used to host SITE B

The phpAdsNew setup on SITE A will be used to serve Ads to SITE B.
Should the tracking links be set to SITE A or SITE B?

I do it llike this it doesnt matter but go for SITE B since it will contain refer data.

I gather if the tracking link isn't right, you won't be paid

Oh dear... that's just made things worse

With Trade Doubler, are you saying then if SITE A is registered and approved by a merchant, I don't need to register SITE B and wait for approval - I just add the URL to the SITE A URL.

Like this... www.siteA.co.uk,www.siteB.co.uk

When i used PHPAdsNew i used site A as an ad server and then displayed the ads on various different sites, never had a problem with tracking on TD or other networks.

BTW i've stopped using ads now and replaced them with content that i change each week, much better CR than a 468x60.
