Hi
Just wondered if I could prompt some kind of response from anyone on these boards to my question.
Maybe everyone is still at Internet World 2006 !!
Thanks

Hi
We are planning to launch an affiliate programme for our lead generation service. We are a bit different in that we gain leads (eg. people who want something doing), then personally qualify the project information and sell that information to suppliers across the UK. So its not straight retail.
We have been very successful using PPC campaigns but feel we could do more with our own affiliate programme.
What I want to ask is; What do AM's look for in an affiliate programme ? What do we need to do to make it the best affiliate programme it can be ?
Thanks for your help

I've visited your site and read the FAQs and frankly I'm still confused exactly what it is you're offering.
It looks like you're the middle-man between people want services and people offering them and charging one/both parties for putting them in touch with each other - is that it?
Please explain...

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
You are completely right. We work a bit like Guru/GAF/eLance/etc. Except we personally handle the project and then sell the project information to chosen suppliers. You could say we are a brokerage for project work.
For example, say someone is looking for a website developer; they would post their project with us, we would typically phone them to clarify a few points then advertise the project to our registered suppliers. Any suppliers that were interested would then pay us to talk directly to the buyer.
The model is working well for us, and we are looking to create a really good affiliate programme to bring projects into the system.
Does that help ?
