How many times have you thought of an idea for a product and really believed that it would sell?

In fact you know it would sell. These ideas traditionally come when something annoys you, on holiday or a eureka moment on the toilet!

Can you imagine the sense of ownership, satisfaction and excitement inside yourself when you see somebody using your product for the first time? We can…. because this is what we do.

Initially you will be put in control of two existing products which are distributed through our UK and USA offices and sold worldwide through our ever expanding affiliate network.

You will be fully responsible for every aspect of the product with the main emphasis on offline and online marketing. After 6-12 months of increasing sales, bigger market share and product extensions you will be given the opportunity to develop a product from just an initial idea.

Data shows that companies are decreasing their expenditure in traditional offline marketing while online marketing is continuing to increase, Lativio is at the forefront of online marketing (seriously we could put any company to shame) and we are also looking to further develop our offline presence.

There are three roles available:

#1 Product Manager – You have extensive online & offline marketing experience
#2 Product Manager – You have extensive online marketing experience
#3 Product Manager – You have marketing degree/modules, enthusiasm & are internet savvy.

What areas will you be involved in?

- Developing PPC campaigns, managing CRM activities, developing online PR, forum advertising, online viral marketing, P2P marketing, blogs and anlayzing and improving conversion rates.

- Offline you will be responsible for co-ordinating local, national and world wide advertising through various sources such as radio, magazines and events.

- Our design team which comprises of three nationalities will be on hand to help you provide advertising material (banners, leaflets, traffic filters etc) and to bring your site and ideas to live.

- Working with the affiliate team to understand affiliate needs and thus provide copy which matches the consumer’s wants and desires.

- Product development, endorsements, certifications, quality, price are just a few more things.

To summarize - every aspect of the product is under your control, in essence the success is in your hands but don’t worry our programmers, designers, customer support team and our massive network of contacts are all there to help you be a success.


Yes I want this job but what skills do I need?

Role 1: Product Manager with extensive online and offline experience

• 3-5 years experience in a Ecommerce Product Management role or similar field.
• Experience in facilitating and developing offline marketing strategies.
• Excellent hands on experience and knowledge in all areas mentioned above.
• In depth knowledge of Pay Per Click, Google Adwords and Overture.
• Have an understanding of Dreamweaver and website creation.
• Knowledge of search engine marketing techniques, a good understanding of content management systems and dynamic websites.
• Full understanding of how an affiliate program works.


Role 2: Product Manager with extensive online experience

• 3-5 years experience in a Ecommerce Product Management role or similar field.

Role 3: Product Manager with marketing degree/modules & enthusiasm

• Internet savvy with a good understanding of the internet and a regular surfer
• Demonstrated a theory understanding of different marketing methods
• Enthusiasm, organization and determination to learn


The Packages:

• c£15-30k + excellent individual bonus structure (reviewed every 3-6 months)

15k-30k the bonus would have to be gold bars or something but i must say well done for actually stating a wage amount, of any kind and offering a full description of the work. So many companies (mainly recruitment agencies post on here with "competitive job"...."competitive money" etc etc.
