I'd only say reg fee I'm afraid

Would be much better if you developed it and see how they do though, as the domain name isn't worth anything other than brandability/seo really - so if you are concentrating on PPC/ads you will be fine

edit: just checked and cheapflights.to is taken. fly.to would be excellent.

Cheapflights have a pretty solid lock on that market, and the domain market - you're going to have to do something special to compete on the big terms there
