It's been about 18 months since I first started this thread, but are there any more merchants out there with RSS feeds?
I think many more affiliates are better tooled-up to use them now.
We have now added an RSS feed of our bestselling products (excluding condoms and lube so the list is suitable for a wider range of sites)
We're having difficulty including images in our feed - so what would you prefer, a feed with no images as now, or a feed with an additional field with an image url (if that is any use to you) - please let me know..
You can access the feed here:

Any problems, please let me know

There's a feed specifically for Kiss Chase Gifts on my blog now
The Online Marketing Blog » Kiss Chase Gifts
Anyone subscribed to the main blog will get it anyway, but if you're not interested in the rest of my ramblings this will be more focussed.
Hi Graham - yeh both would be great.I assume best sellers and new products are probably the most wanted?
It's just that I whack them into Google Reader and I can search for specific products over a range of merchants as well as see what's new and if I should give that product a push etc.
I also render the new product feeds into my sites
@Stephen - Cheers geezer will add them too.
Anyone else? Offering feeds saves you work in the long run as we can get the info for ourselves![]()

Can anyone point me to code or plugin ( for wordpress ) that can rewrite rss feeds with affiliate links on the fly.
This would make the rss feeds even more handy
Hi All,
As I'm in full Christmas swing and its a good 2 years since I first started this thread, I was wondering if there's any merchants that now have RSS feeds, or have blogs that I can monitor?
Just so that I (and other affiliates) don't forget to promote you this Christmas!

Hi there,
LinkShare UK has a really cool RSS tool available which some of our merchants are offering.
Key points:
- Affiliates just grab the feed once - that's it.
- The feed is automatically updated by us to ensure you are displaying the latest offers.
- The feed will always contain your LinkShare tracking embedded in the links.
Also: we have a WordPress RSS plug in available for LinkShare! Click here for details. Early days on this one also, but expect this to pick up more as we get more advertisers on board.
I think the main point about the LinkShare RSS feeds this is that there is no work for the affiliate apart from grabbing that feed once from the interface per merchant. All links will be updated that will include your tracking.
The next key point is actually being able to display the RSS feed on your sites - that seems to the stumbling block with a few affiliates that we have been working with. We have in the past been directing them to sites such as widgetbox.com and others (there are many). These sites allow you to upload your RSS and turn it into a customisable widget.
Misco and Avon are 2 examples of merchants that we offer RSS feeds with. They are very product offer-led so this is an excellent way to display their strongest offers on a weekly basis.
Anyone interested? Please let me know: aquinn (@) linkshare.com
We are really keen to push this out - I would be happy to work with you getting this up and running. This is a really great and unique tool which we are excited about as well as saving you time updating offers.
Also - If there is a particular merchant that you would like to work with on this then please also let me know and we'll see what we can do.
How to grab the RSS feed from the LinkShare affiliate interface:
- Sign in here
- Go to Links > Data Feeds Tab > RSS Feeds (you will need a feed token - instructions here)
- Choose your Feed
Please note that you need to be approved into the relevant programs for the RSS feed to be displayed.
Thanks!
Anthony Quinn

Hello,
Thought I'd bump this up - anyone else with rss feeds? I'm looking for ticket merchants in particular at the moment.
Also any tips on where to find more general RSS feeds (as in a UK directory) would be great :tup
