1st posting, so forgive me if I`m jumping the gun in anyway

am currently working for an international offshore recruitment site and IŽve been tasked with a variety of marketing projects. I have some background in affiliate marketing as I used to work for one of the major aff programs until a couple of years ago when I retired, thinking that I would not be in this space again. However here I
am!
So, I guess things have changed in the last couple of years, though its interesting to note some familiar names still here on the forum. I will be organising an affiliate program for this company. It would be mostly a B2B recruitment service package, the merchant will be offering free trials of recruitment, HR and other such related services. They would be paying affiliates for generating these leads/trials.
To be honest, I'm thinking of a closed program with between 5 and 10 affiliates. What I'm keen to find out, at this stage, is the following:-
*Are there any affiliates who are strong in this market? (US/UK and eventually EU)
* What network would they prefer to work with? (presumably, not my old one!)
* Would they be prepared to discuss commision rates and potential volume?
*What would they want in terms of assetts (banner, creative, copy, articles etc)
I know this is vague at this stage, IŽm merely trying to get a grip of the above issues. There is a current re-branding program underway and the site is due to re-launch mid/end of August, I want everything else to be in place at that time, hence my tentative steps here and now
