I can't see them anywhere on AW, where did you spot them?
Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.

If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.

They're listed on my current merchants page and also the product feed sections, although you can't access them through search.

    Cheers

On the contrary we listened to ALL the affiliate feedback including PM's, direct email's and phone calls.

The weight of affiliates in favour of re-opening the programme with caveats and controls was by far the greater.

However rather than just negate the other parties input, we decided to only open it up to the existing affiliates who were promoting the merchant and 'hidden' for all others. That way we could monitor performance and activity over a period of time to ensure stability.

Sorry if some of you feel we have let you down this was not our intention, but with passions running high it was inevitable that some would be unhappy with the outcome.

As a network we do have principles and have remained true to the fact that educating merchants will do more in the long run for affiliate marketing than simply killing a programme. With approaches from at least two other networks offering no fees / no changes / no controls and no guarantees they would have re-surfaced without the affiliate protection we have secured on your behalf.

    Kind Regards

    The Affiliate Window Team

No surprises there, then. Please can someone point me towards a network that does some ongoing proactive QA of what they are offering to affiliates - merchants' sales tracking, data feeds, business practices, etc.

A representative from the company was at the Glasgow get2gether. I urged him to reply to this thread with some form of statement. Hopefully he will.
