Hi everyone,

my website homepage http://www.freeuksimcards.co.uk has a PR of 2, yet my About page has a PR of 1 and my free sim cards page has a PR of 0 yet this is a more important page than my about page so how can i get my PR to be passed on better to my other pages?

and i also cant get any backlinks in google, how come this is?

Essentially Simon, Google is of the opinion that you don't have any quality links. From what I can see, they may have a point.

A couple of comments

1) Don't obsess over PR. It's pointless
2) If you MUST go on a Green Bar Crusade, get a decent SEO / link-builder in. They will likely be expensive, so think about how you are going to monetise their input
3) I'd advise strongly that you think about building QUALITY links, on-topic, without regard for SE considerations. Magically, you will then start to rank

Uber good advice - get one way links from big and estab. sites and directories;

Anyway, PageRank is just an indicotor of how many strong links you have - to me it seems you have no links? Why - because site needs to provide more information so people would start to reference to it as good source of info.

Of couse - you can go link exchange and get some 500 link partners in next 3 months and boost your PR, but if you site don't has content then don't expect much to rank for.

You have to get Google toolbar from http://toolbar.google.com

or also can use some simple service, like this: http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php

Enter url, like http://www.MoreNiche.com and you will see the green bar
