Newbie, Just 1 Question - about Egypt site

Hi Guys thanks for all your help so far..

I am slowly gathering context, diagrams, pics as sugguested by you guys for my egypt site and had one further question before I uploaded the site with content.

Should I just consentrate on Sharm el sheikh for this website or should
I promote all the tourist areas eg. Cairo, Alexandra, Luxor?

I'd go with all of them as ive never heard of Sharm el sheikh just sounds like someones name to me....

Hello all

What I really wanted to know is it better to be a niche and just
focus on Sharm el Sheikh by doing so will I be in the danger of not having
enough content.

Or will it be better to focus on all the other resorts such as I Cairo, Alexandra, Luxor, in that sense I will have more content and a better chance of sales.

I really need some adivice from the people who have set up
travel sites. Are you guys out there?

up to you but as a newbie id stick with sharm.

basically you've got first hand expereince of the area and if you put the time in you will be able to create a really informative, content rich site on the area. By trying to cover too many bases you may rush things and basically be conentrating too much on the whole making money, making a big site side of things than making something that is content rich.

"sharm el sheikh" gives me over 10 million results on google, so plenty of interest may be a bit competative for a new site, but shows that its worth going for.

then you cna go even more niche (less audience but better chance of making it work) and do for example a hotel name "BARON PALMS RESORT" has less than a million results, less competition more chance of succeeding

As you've got first hand expereince you should be able to write some really good origional content, as well as being able to give one hell of a review of the hotel you stayed at.

Once the commission from your sharm site can pay to send you to cairo build a cairo site

start it with Sharm el sheikh . the later on keep adding neibouring tourist places and then add various countries tourist places ... start with small and keep improving it .
