New website - join affiliates now or wait ?

Hello
I am nearing completion of my website and I want to join some
affilate scheeme maybe with cj so that I can earn some cash

As I have not launched my site yet - I have zero traffic.

Is it better to wait until I have some traffic before joining up?

Or can I join up now and place the links so everything is ready from day one ?

Do some merchants / agents have a min traffic requirement ?

If this has been covered before - please post the links

If youve made a web site then theres no reason not to put up any ads
most networks dont worry about traffic levels so go a head

My website isnt up yet
but its content is related around property rentals.

So for people like cj, buy.at , DGM
they don't care that I am an absolute newbie with zero traffic ?

Can I register ok with them ?

Nah, get signed up with whoever you want, they are just waiting for people like you who are prepared to put some effort into a site to make it work.

You will probably find a hot-headed affiliate manager who wants to drop you for not converting, but let them, but that’s their problem!

I have a few property sites and you have picked one hard area to crack!

What Ste said. CJ and other networks will look at your site through the lens of the look appropriateness. They wouldn't care about the traffic. As long as you've got a website that doesn't promote anything that's in violation with their TOS, you're all good...
