T.J., it is very characteristic that people would voice out the negative feedback and hold the good one to themselves (unless it is so good that they can't keep quiet)... I have found out that cash always works best with reviews. Set up a prize draw (£XX to be given away daily/weekly/monthly) for all those that take the time to do the review.
