As an Internet user I have always surfed the net with my privacy settings in explorer set to "medium high".

For an affiliate to track a sale does the user have to "accept all cookies" in their browser settings?

even the setting "low" seems to be restricted, "medium" seems to block my cookies, surely most people are on "medium" and above and if so how the hell can we make any money?

so my question is, whats the lowest acceptable setting for a user to have so the sale can be tracked?
