Have to say no wonder most of the sales we make are reversed....

I am still awaiting a sofa to be exchanged after the first one came with that dirty stain on it.

Ordered June 2006 not getting till October 2006 some 5 months after ordered

I wonder how many other customers get treated in this way and from the ones we send never order again
