We are relaunching www.off-grid.net to be a large, growing eco-web site aiming at US and UK as well as Europe.

We need a part-time merchandiser whose job is to rotate all the affiliate products we are selling on the site, and watch the web stats and revenue stats to see what works and maximise revenue.

Pretty quickly that person will start doing actual retail on our site, once we have learned what the market wants.

Or is there a better job description that people could suggest? And where could I find this person?
