xmas creatives - replace or as well as???
We just got our new xmas creatives done and will be uploading later today.
Just need to know from affiliates whats the best form for doing this
Should I
A) Replace exisitng banners with the new xmas ones so affiliates don't need to do anything as they will automatically change over on your sites
B) Upload them as an addition and send out newsletter to current affiliates in the hope that they will read it and change their banners over.
Im more inclined to use A as I know a lot of affiliates are overwhelemed by merchant newsletters and so don't read them all.
