Datafeed

Hi everyone,

I kept being told this forum was very helpful, so I finally got round to posting on it!

I am the Affiliate Manager for Bernards Door Furniture Direct through Affiliate Window (www.doorfurnituredirect.co.uk).

I have quite a simple question to ask about datafeeds - how do I get affiliates to use it? We have a mapped datafeed of around 4000 products, however no-one seems to use it?

Is there anyway to encourage the use of the datafeed?
