no PS3 sales for the UK and Europe

Hi All,

We're sorry to inform you that even though we have the PS3 on pre-order now, we will not fulfill orders to the UK or Europe, so you will not be able to earn commission on these.

To avoid legal problems with Sony, please do not promote the PS3 on a site that specifically targets the UK, and do not display any ppc ads in the UK.

Sales outside UK / Europe will receive commission when they get fulfilled, even if you promote us through UK network Webgains. (We are now also on Shareasale and Zanox US, in case you prefer to use a US network).

I truly hope Sony get what's coming to them; their bully-boy tactics and eternal arrogance really gets my back up. Shutting down Lik-sang has been a total PR disaster for them - people are absolutely up in arms about it.

I hope they go up in smoke the way Atari did in the 80s - except without taking the whole videogame industry with them this time.

The PS 3 is now on pre-order on our global site again but we won't ship it to an European countries.

However, if you have any US / Canada / Australia mailing list or site, you are welcome to promote it there. If you do promote, please do so asap to increase the chance of fulfilment. If customers place their order before the 11 November release date, the chance of fulfilment will be much higher.

We track all links , worldwide, whereever you place them.

We now have the PS3 in stock at Yesasia. The stock is very limited and is therefore at premium price. Our current selling price is $1199 (20GB), and $1499 (60GB). The Japanese version will work in the US, and is region free for PS3 games (but not for PS2 games). Despite of the high price sales are good.

Please note commission is 2% only on this item, rather than our normal 7%. This is still almost $30 for the 60 GB version. A higher commission is negotiable. Please let me know your plan and we can discuss a higher rate or a bonus depending on sales.

As said before - promotion and sales are restricted to non E.U. countries. The US would be the best target market.

There is a few on ebay alreday. Be interesting to see what they end up selling for as the price is around £700 that YesAsia are selling them at.
