Cashback Site Script / Resource

Hi All,

First post here.

Does anyone know of any scripts available or any affordable companies that will help me to set up a cashback affiliate site?

I would want to build and maintain the site myself as I have plenty of experience building websites but I have no direct experience with PHP or databases which would be a big part of the site.

Any points in the right direction would be helpful.
