I'm after a data collection management solution, I'm probably going to try Clash-Media and see what they can offer, are there any other avenues I should be aware of?

Alright,

Do you know where the email on their contact form ends up? What with the states being several hours behind and the UK office opening at midday, just wondering who might open it and when to set the clock.

Hi Lee,

I don't think they'll respond the second it gets into the inbox, so I wouldn't set the clock But they will get back to you ASAP. I've told them to get back to as soon as possible.

Their response might be slower than usual because most of the people are at Ad:Tech NY and this is therefore PQ's busiest week of the year.

If your enquiry is urgent I'd recommend you call the office on 0870-735-3918.

I don't expect an immediate reply, just 24 hours. As you know you can't sit and wait for a response, they may never have got anything, it is the internet, things go missing. Waiting on TD and AWIN now, hopefully feedback will be good from them.

I should have spent the last few years collating merchant emails, I'm learning.

The feedback I'm getting is telling me to do it all myself, the funny thing about this business is everyone won't make the effort, they have these things set up, each company does different things, I try and pull all the little bits together and it seems impossible, most merchants - it's believed at network level - won't make the effort to do something that would take half an hour and save themselves thousands of pounds.

Nevermind eh, I'll do it all myself. Merchant can keep same expense and miss out on publicity. Hopefully they'll see sense in the end and take the work load off of one man, realising that it would work better. It does my head in. I'll get there it's just going to take a bit longer and could cost me Christmas dinner. It's all about risk though aint it.
