Im looking to promote some sites that offer freebies (not freebie sites as such) but like mobile phone sites that offer free contract phones, or dvd rental sites that offer a free 2 week trial.

anything else along these lines ?
please point me to the networks they are on

Just about every network has offers like the ones you mentioned.

Free DVD rental trials - TD
Mobile phone free line rentals - every network and just about every mobile phone shop.
Competitions - clash-media and primeq (apart from the major networks where there are many merchants.
Paid on results have some merchants who offer freebies aswell. (free vibrator offer is surpisingly doing well on one of our sites
