Anyone ever use MAXjet for long haul flights?

Just found this company offering business class flights at a low price - anyone heard of them or used them?

Ive heard of them...cos im an air traffic controller at stansted! So from my point of view...they are very punctual, there flights are all business class and also, it is much better value than EOS.

They have flights to JFK, Washington Dulles and just started to Vegas. They also use B767s and noramlly have a spare if one goes 'tech'.

I think they average over 60% full on each flight and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them....but I have never flown with them...just speak to their very 'american' pilots!!

Not used them but Steve is booked on one for vegas on the friday for the Affiliate Summit and he normally likes to be fed grapes and massaged whilst in flight so must be ok

that's sounds like the one we're considering - just trying to find out if we're covered if the airline goes bellyup before we fly 'cos it isn't ABTA bonded and our travel insurance wouldn't pay up either - just checked.

Going to ring the credit card company now - 'cos there is a grey area covering buying goods abroad, whether this applies to services I shall find out.

Rang the airline and the American didn't really seem to know if they had an equivalent of ABTA.

Hi Elaine

We flew to Vegas with them last week and although flying is probably one of my least favourite activities, I'd definitely recommend MAXjet.

Elaine,

I know you don't want me typing long messages, so if you haven't booked your tickets yet, I'm sure I can give you a few opinions (pros and cons) on Thursday.
