German email address marketing

Hi,

any agencies, affiliates or marketing companies got german email addresses they want to send out a campaign to:

Lowdown is im struggling to meet my 15000 lead signup targets and im willing to buy my way out of it, the statistics are quite good, from click to lead signup it works out at over 1.50EUR per click but i just havent enough addresses and i cant lower myself to spam.

Campaign is a customer refferal program for i would guess the biggest telecom brands in Germany, signup for competition and can also earn money referring friends for broadband products, super super clean creatives and im willing to pay out as fast as you can register the signups.

If anyone has any german email addresses i already have the html emailer made, willing to pay 10.00EUR per lead. The lead signup form is hosted on our own servers so there is no merchant messups and for those of a technical nature with their own customer data i have integrated prepopulation of the lead fields so people just have to press signup (if you have the data already to prefill them that is).

Also can do a viral campaign for those who know how to start them off, will pay the user 5 euro just for signing up into their account and pay the affiliate 5 as well.
